Michael Aronoff
Vice President, Procurement & Strategic Partnerships
Michael Aronoff serves as Vice President, Strategic Partnerships & Procurement at The Park Group, where he leads the firm’s efforts to develop and manage high-impact partnerships across government, industry, and international stakeholders. In this role, he is responsible for advancing strategic initiatives, supporting cross-border collaboration, and overseeing procurement processes aligned with the firm’s global operations.
Previously, Michael served as Chief of Staff to the CEO, where he oversaw day-to-day operations and played a central role in driving organizational effectiveness, managing internal teams, and executing on the firm’s strategic priorities.
Michael brings a unique combination of operational leadership and geopolitical expertise, with a focus on East Asian security, North Korean denuclearization, and the evolving balance of power in the Indo-Pacific. Prior to joining The Park Group, he worked in South Korea and in Israel with Max Security, a private intelligence firm, where he supported the Asia Division.
He holds a Master’s degree from the Norman Patterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History from the University of Toronto. He is currently studying Korean.
