Randy Hanbyul Lee

Senior Consultant

Prior to joining The Park Group, Randy Hanbyul Lee served as a Lieutenant in the Republic of Korea Air Force. As a foreign affairs aide to the Air Force Chief of Staff, Randy assisted the Air Force’s top leadership by managing bilateral engagements and high-level communications between senior military leaders. Moreover, as a member of the secretariat, he conducted research and analysis on global political and military affairs and coordinated logistical planning for the Chief of Staff’s overseas visits.

Following his military service, Randy worked in Korean battery conglomerates to develop Western supply chains for critical minerals. His work focused on the procurement of lithium, nickel, and copper through the structuring of offtake agreements and strategic investments. In this capacity, he executed sourcing strategies designed to secure raw materials for battery production.

Randy graduated from the University of Toronto with a double major in International Relations and Cinema Studies. His interest in filmmaking led him to serve as a director for various film festivals and an official videographer for the Canadian Centre for the Responsibility to Protect. He has also translated subtitles for several Korean independent films that were screened at notable international film festivals.

Randy is currently based in Busan and is an incoming MBA candidate at Harvard Business School.
